A. Pfizer pays competitive wages to interns based on academic level achieved and related experience.
Interns are overtime-eligible employees and are paid on a weekly basis.

A. Insurance benefits are not provided during an internship;
therefore, it is recommended that interns maintain or secure medical insurance coverage.
Q. Is TEMPORARY HOUSING available to interns?
A. Housing arrangements vary by site location depending on the availability of temporary housing in the local area.
Please inquire about housing options at the site(s) you are interested in.
Q. Does Pfizer cover any TRAVEL EXPENSES?
A. Pfizer reimburses eligible summer interns for roundtrip travel expenses up to a pre-determined amount.
Roundtrip expenses such as direct transportation from the college or permanent home address (whichever is closer),
mileage, tolls, meals, reasonable transporting of personal belongings, and hotel stays up to three nights while waiting
for accommodations are reimbursable. Expenses such as transporting a personal vehicle, mileage for individuals assisting
in the intern's relocation, and expenses incurred during the length of the internship are not reimbursed.
Eligibility is based on the distance between your permanent or school address (whichever is nearer to your work location)
and the PGRD site at which you will be working. If the distance is greater than 50 miles, you will be eligible for travel expense reimbursement.
